These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and other users of the website. Additional policies published on our website, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Legal Notice, form part of these Terms where applicable.

By using this website or placing an order, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or that you are using the website with the authorization and supervision required by applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications, sizing information, availability, images, and pricing accurately.

PAIR AVENUE is an independent retailer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, PAIR AVENUE is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an official authorized retailer, distributor, agent, or representative of any third-party brand displayed on this website.

Third-party trademarks, logos, brand names, and product names belong to their respective owners and are used for product identification and descriptive purposes.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or shipped.

We may contact you if additional information is reasonably required to process or verify your order.

Where the self-cancellation option is available, customers may cancel an eligible order themselves within 1 hour of purchase.

After the 1-hour self-cancellation period, customers may contact PAIR AVENUE to request cancellation provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled through our standard cancellation process. This provision does not limit any cancellation, withdrawal, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Before shipment, customers may contact us to request changes to the shipping address, product, or size.

Change requests are subject to order processing status and product availability and cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, the shipping address, product, and size can no longer be changed by PAIR AVENUE.

We reserve the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable law, to decline, hold, limit, or cancel an order where necessary because of suspected fraud, payment irregularities, incorrect or unverifiable information, unusual purchasing activity, inventory issues, pricing errors, or other legitimate operational or security concerns.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected and no substitute arrangement has been agreed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Unless a product page states otherwise, we do not impose a standard fixed purchase limit. However, we reserve the right to limit quantities or review orders involving unusually large quantities, automated purchasing, suspected abuse, or activity that reasonably appears inconsistent with normal retail purchasing.

Prices and availability may change from time to time. The price presented during checkout, together with any applicable discounts, taxes, shipping charges, or other disclosed fees, forms the basis of the transaction.

If a material pricing, inventory, or product-information error affects an order, we may correct the error and, where appropriate, contact you for instructions or cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

Discount codes and promotional offers have no cash value and are subject to the conditions stated with the applicable promotion. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined and cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through Shopify and applicable third-party payment providers.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. Orders may be delayed or declined if authorization cannot be completed successfully.

Applicable sales taxes or similar transaction taxes may be calculated or collected at checkout when required by law or by the applicable sales channel.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other governmental charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout expressly states that such charges are included, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Standard shipping within the United States is free, with an estimated transit time of 7–10 business days after processing.

Eligible international orders are charged a $20 USD flat shipping rate, with an estimated transit time of 15–20 business days after processing.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carrier operations, customs processing, weather, holidays, address issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Additional details are provided in our Shipping Policy.

Returns, exchanges, refund eligibility, return shipping costs, and applicable conditions are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in that policy or these Terms limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

You may not use this website to:

• engage in fraud or unlawful activity;
• submit false, misleading, or unauthorized payment information;
• interfere with the operation or security of the website;
• introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access;
• infringe intellectual property or other legal rights;
• use automated systems in a manner that materially disrupts normal store operations.

Except for third-party intellectual property, original PAIR AVENUE website content, layouts, text, graphics, and design elements may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission except as permitted by applicable law.

Our store is hosted on Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, shipping, analytics, reviews, communications, and other store functionality. Your interaction with certain third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy practices.
