The payment options displayed during checkout are the currently available methods for your order and location.

Payments are processed through Shopify and applicable third-party payment providers using secure payment infrastructure.

PAIR AVENUE does not receive or store your complete payment card number. Sensitive payment information is handled by the applicable payment processor in accordance with its security and privacy requirements.

Product prices and checkout totals may be displayed in the currency applicable to your selected market or location.

The final currency and total amount payable are shown before you complete checkout. Please review the order total carefully before submitting payment.

For international transactions, your bank, card issuer, PayPal, digital wallet provider, or other payment provider may apply its own exchange rate, foreign transaction fee, or currency conversion charge. These charges, where applicable, are determined by your payment provider and are not controlled by PAIR AVENUE.

When you place an order, your selected payment method may be authorized or charged according to the applicable checkout configuration and payment provider.

Submission of payment does not prevent an order from being reviewed for inventory availability, payment verification, suspected fraud, pricing errors, address issues, or other legitimate order-processing requirements.

If your payment is declined, please verify your billing information, contact your payment provider if necessary, or try another payment method available at checkout.

In some cases, your bank or payment provider may temporarily display a pending authorization even if an order is not successfully completed. The release or reversal of a pending authorization is controlled by the applicable financial institution or payment provider and may take additional time.

For security purposes, certain orders may require additional verification before fulfillment.

We may delay, hold, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, unusual payment activity, inconsistent billing or shipping information, unsuccessful verification, or other legitimate security concerns.

International customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other destination-country fees are separate from the product payment unless checkout expressly states that they are included or collected in advance.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever applicable.

Once PAIR AVENUE has issued a refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, PayPal, digital wallet, or other payment provider.
